1. Who we are

Biolytics AI is a consultancy providing AI strategy, data science, and systems engineering services to life sciences and healthcare software organisations in the EU. For questions about this policy, use the booking form.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate this site and respond to enquiries:

  • Contact and booking forms: name, email address, company name, and any details you choose to include in the message field.
  • Analytics: page views, session duration, click events, and device/browser type via PostHog (EU-hosted, no cookies by default). No personal identifiers are stored in analytics.
  • Server logs: standard web server logs (IP address, browser, referring URL) retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

  • To respond to R&D Triage booking requests and contact enquiries.
  • To understand which pages and content are useful, so we can improve them.
  • To detect and prevent abuse or security incidents.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not run ad retargeting.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

For EU/EEA visitors, processing is based on legitimate interests (analytics, security) and contractual necessity (responding to booking requests). Where required, we rely on consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us.

  • Contact and booking form submissions: retained for up to 2 years, or until you request deletion.
  • Analytics data: retained for 12 months on PostHog's EU infrastructure.
  • Server logs: 30 days.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of that data.
  • Object to processing or request restriction.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

To exercise any of these rights, use the booking form. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. PostHog analytics runs in cookieless mode. Essential session storage may be used by embedded booking widgets (Cal.com) solely to maintain your booking state during that session.

9. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
